1. How is bandwidth measured?
Bandwidth is measured by the 95% percentile use method. As an example, you would take the higher of your in/out bandwidth measurement from your monthly MRTG graph multiply that by .95 and that would be your billable bandwidth. Using this method each 1,000 Kbs is 1 Mbs per month. Click HERE for examples.

2. How much are your additional bandwidth charges?
Each dedicated and colocation plans has pre allotted bandwidth included with the plan.

After the dedicated or colocation bandwidth allotment is reached the cost for overage per 1Mbs (300 GB) is $75.00 per Mbs or portion thereof.

If your requirements are greater than 10 Mbs per month please contact customer support for additional pricing.

3. Is your bandwidth burstable?
Yes, depending on your selected bandwidth package you may burst to 10 Mbs or 100 Mbs.

4. Can I get additional IPs?
You can get additional IPs with ARIN justification.

If you need more than 24 IPs please contact customer support.

5. Do you offer back-up services?
For dedicated and colocation servers we can provide backup services for $1.00 per Gb per month, Minimum 40 Gb.

6. Do you offer backup DNS or Email services?
Yes, please contact customer support to discuss your needs.

7. Do you offer other custom services?
Yes, we offer private firewalls and server load balancing and other custom services.

8. Do you accept tower units?
Yes, we accept towers in our Atlanta data center only.

9. Do I need rack rails?
Yes, we require four post rack rails for each server. In Atlanta our cabinets use square hole mounts and in Las Vegas we use round hole mounts. If you do not have rack rails we can provide generic rails that will work with any server for $50.00 per server one time cost.

10. If I need additional or special support beyond my plan what is the cost?
Remote hands are $125.00 per hour (no charge for reboots)

11. Are contracts required?
For dedicated and colocation services there is a required minimum 3 month initial agreement. After that, accounts become month to month with a 30 day notice of cancellation.

12. Do you have any restrictions?
We do not allow free hosting or free email services, pornographic or illegal content, gambling, email marketing services of any type, or IRC.

13. How long does it take to setup an account?
Dedicated servers may take from 1 to 3 business days. Collocated servers can be setup within a few hours.

Please be advised that we verify all orders by telephone or fax prior to establishing an account. International orders for dedicated servers may require additional information and documentation.

14. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
